What I am reading. Cetaganda by Lois McMaster Bujold and Trigger Warning By Neil Gaiman.
What I have finished reading. 50 shades of Grey, which I wrote about here.
The Vor Game by Lois McMaster Bujold. A novella in two parts. In the first part the newly graduated Ensign Mile is assigned duty as a weatherman on a winter base and manages, mostly by accident, almost being accused of treasons. Again. In the second part he is shipped out in space to reunite with his Dendarii mercenaries and manages, again mostly by accident, to find Barrayar's misplaced emperor. It’s not a bad novella, but Bujold is really at her best when she writes novels. However, it is nice to get to know Emperor Gregor a bit better.
The Strange High House In the Mist by H. P. Lovecraft. Another short story, this one not so much horror as strangeness. Not one of my favourites, but not bad either.
What I will be reading next. Cool Air by H. P. Lovecraft.
