Writing bliss

I don't claim to write anything great. I am, obviously, not original enough to write my own stories. I don't have the skill to write long stories. I happily write clichés. But oh, isn't it a lovely feeling when you have struggled with a story and you get that inner click, the moment when you realise where you are going with it and how satisfying it will be to draw it to that particular conclusion?

Then it doesn't matter that, on the large scheme of things, isn't very important.

I get this quite a lot when I write and I always am thankful for that little switch of your brain when you've been staring at the computer for way too long!
