Glad you enjoyed it! Yes, Peter Pan isn't really a nice character. It would be fairly easy to write it so Hook came out as the protagonist and Pan the baddie. Oh, O do like ambigious characters, regardless if they are good or bad. :)

Alas, not all fanfic is good fanfic. But the same can be said of books, too...
