Me-meme

My head still feels like mud, so why not a meme. Gakked from all over my f-list.

What was the last movie you watched: Lara Croft; The Cradle of Life. It was quite horrible. I get that it’s fantasy, but please, some kind of logic? A teensy weensy bit? Because really, a temple who has been through two earthquakes, spent 2000 years under water and still retain air? Also, I have read too much Lovecraft to not think of nameless horrors in the deep. And that was just the first five minutes. I also cringe every time they fight and break precious antiques. But it had Ciaran Hinds in it. He is always worth watching.

What was the last song you listened to: Sexy Sadie with The Beatles.

Last TV Show you watched: How to Get Away With Murder

Last Book you read: Ghost stories of an Antiquary by M. R. James. One of those constant re-reads.

Ate: A chocolate cupcake with my afternoon coffee.

Where would you be if you could be anywhere in the world: Right now, in March- Italy.

What decade would you visit if you could travel in time: Hmm. I would like to go fabric shopping in just about every time before 1960. And shoe shopping in the 1930’s. And I would like to go to Vienna in May 1786 and see the premiere of The Marriage of Figaro.

First thing you’d do if you won the lottery: Tell my husband.

Pick a fictional character to hang out with for a day: The Doctor. Because then he could take me to the premiere of The Marriage of Figaro. Preferably Three or Twelve because I get along with grumpy sarcastic men.

Last fandom joined: A bit of a joint between Doctor Who and Jonathan Strange & Mr Norrell which I both got hooked to in the autumn of 2014. But I’ve loved doctor Who since 2003, or so, it only took me 11 years to realise there was a fandom for it.

I feel Three would appriciate the Marriage of Figaro. He seems the music type to me. Mind you, I may be biased, I'm very fond of Three. :)

*laughs at your despairing description of Tomb Raider* I haven't seen either - I suspect that I would shed tears too if I were watching them smash up all the historical artifacts!

I'm very fond of Three too. :) And a man who is wearing an opera cape must be fond of music. :)

Well, if you think Indiana Jones is bad at smashing artefacts, you have seen nothing yet...
