Writing

Argh! I’m, almost done with my Versailles-fic. I just need a few sentences to connect two parts of the fic, and those sentences doesn’t behave. Very annoying. I have grappled with it most of the day, and now plan to sleep on it. If I’m lucky I wake up with an idea.

I’ve decided to try to concentrate on some of my other WIP’s until Yuletide start up. I won’t be able to finish them all, but perhaps one more.

I’ve been keeping an eye of the requests on Yuletide and there are plenty I can consider writing something for. Last year I managed to write a Treat, but I had two other writing commitments during December. This year I will concentrate on Yuletide and try to write more Treats. After finishing my main gift-fic, of course. But it was a nice fluffy feeling writing Treats.

Glad to hear the fic's coming along - and good luck with treats. It is fun when it works out that you can add in some treats at Yuletide. I enjoy doing it myself, although it's not always possible.

Yay for treats. I hope to do treats if my main fic goes well. I did the first fic for one fandom last year which was nice. It was one I didn't offer because I knew I'd never have time to revise it properly so do not despair over fandoms with no offers, you never know!
