Fanfic meme, question 3-5
Feb. 20th, 2021 03:22 pmThree questions today because the two first answers are so boring.
3. What do you think makes your writing stand out from other works?
I don’t think anything really does.
4. Are there any writers that inspire you?
Not really. There are plenty of authors I love, and several who hs writing skills I envy, but I can’ say anyone, in particular, inspires me.
5. What’s the fic you’re most proud of?
That’s a rather difficult question. I can’t pick just one. A Place In the Shadows, a Penny Dreadful-fic was the fic that just went together exactly as I had envisioned it. I think it’s beautiful and evocative. I’m also proud of Super Terram, as it’s my one and only semi-original story, and I could pick up some lore from the place I live. It’s a ghost story and a tribute to M. R. James. And then I’m proud of a Doctor Who-fic; Professor Keller, because it’s the fic I have been most ambitious about when it comes to plot and atmosphere, and I think I pulled it off pretty well.
