Vaccination is underway!

scripsiI got my first shot on Tuesday. Pfizer. A few hours later I started to feel very cold and developed a headache. I got home from work and slept for two hours, and felt terrible when I awoke. In the evening I started to cough and my lungs ached. Went to bed early, but awoke at two in the morning with a sore throat and a temperature. After 12 hours of sleep I still had a temperature, but no other symptoms. By lunch that was gone too, but at lunch, I realized I couldn’t taste anything. 24 hours after the first symptoms, everything was gone, but all day Thursday I was unusually tired. The second shot isn’t until June 11. The nurse said that with Pfizer you usually feel the second shot more, which doesn’t sound fun, exactly. But it’s all so worth it!
