For my fellow Doctor Who-fans; a rather good article on the various incarnation of the Master. I must say it actually has me looking at Simm!Master in a new light. I've always felt he was too hysterical, but looking at it from the view that newly regenerated Time Lord's personality are affected on people on their mind, makes Simm!Master logical. He pretty much is Ten with no brakes and added cruelty.

Don't read it f you have missed the great big whopping Master-spoiler for the new season, though.


And I have waited for years to watch an episode where the Master meet him/herself! I'm excited! I only wish we could have Delgado and Ainley too.

I loved Delgado. And in the new era, I love Missy. This will certainly be interesting to watch unfold.

I'm looking forward to the new season a lot, though I'm not sure when I'll get to watch the first episode.

The Master stuff is very intriguing.

*nods* The Simm!Master is still my least favourite, but I have always seen him that way - that he's a twisted mirror of all Ten's hyperactivity and energy and faults, and John Simm Is a good actor and that's exactly what he does. It just doesn't feel as, er, Masterly. (Although when it comes to stupid plans, the Master's speciality, the End of Time is something even Ainley!Master would have truly not been able to equal!)

Two Masters sounds like fun, but I do also feel a little, but WHY? We have the best Master since Delgado, and since they can't get Delgado or Ainley, why? But... also two Masters!!

My personal fav is Delgado. Such charisma and delivery. Also he didn't suffer from the 'the master must act like a poor mans Joker' every time he has to appear which takes the edge off the last two's appearances for me.

I do like Missy, but Delgado will always be my favourite Master! Charsima and delivery indeed! I'd love it if the next Master would go back to suave. :)

I have two theories. One is that the combined Masters kill Twelve and make him regenerate. And the other one is that Simms!Master will kill Missy, giving us a new Master. Depending on if they will get along, or not.

Oh yes!!! Though I will have to wait until tomorrow.
