Annoyingly enough I can't answer. I found it at dwicons, I think but I had several windows open and I managed to close it a bit too quickly. I went back and tried to find it, but I haven't, and now I wonder if it really was there I saw it... Anyway, the post just said take and have, so I suppose the creator won't be upset if not being credited.
