No, university is free. You have to pay for your living expenses, and books, but the education in itself is free. But there are private schools where you have to pay to go, too, like fashion design. You are still eligible for student loans and other student benefits if you do, though.

As for the questions of most popular careers- I have no idea. But I know there is a huge need of teachers and nurses.

Oh, free higher education sounds awesome! Ours is free for some people depending on their grades, and the number of these people depends on the specialty and school. I studied for free. Actually, you could say they paid me to study. :D

Well, we should have some benefits of our high taxes. (Actually, I don't mind our taxes at all.)
