So, my hope of posting a bit more regularly got stomped on by a bad bout of bronchitis. “Only” bronchitis- I’ve tested for covid, so I know it wasn’t that. But I’m fine now if a bit tired.

darkestnightex A multi-fandom exchange focused on dark themes in fanworks. is open for nominations today. I haven’t signed up for the last couple of years, but I’m pretty certain I will this year, as writing fanfic is one of the few things that actually flows for me right now.

I decided to skip The Sunshine Challenge. The idea of color prompts souls nice in theory but I find it far too abstract for me right now to work with. I rather have more specific prompts.

Good luck with the exchange! And, yeah, I don't think you're the only one finding colour prompts too abstract. It's a nice idea, though. If I wasn't so flaky right now, I might do the opposite and opt in because of it. But... Heh.
