I can’t say I have ever found a certain character-type hard to write. But then I don’t really write a very large scope of character types. I tend to write tightly plotted, short fics with few characters, and there are some I’m more drawn to than others. I’ve never written a child character, for example, because I never felt inclined to. But I don’t think it’s something I would find hard if I try.
