33. Is there anything you wish your audience knew about your writing or writing process?
Not that I wish, particularly. But I really enjoy doing research, so I typically spend quite a large amount on time checking things up. I also don’t write in a linear fashion. I go back and forth, writing scenes here and there. If I get stuck I move on to another bit. Most often I write on two fics at the same time, going back and forth, until I reach a point I feel one fic is starting to knit together, and then I focus on that one. My fics are almost never beta-read. I would love to have a beta, but I feel very self-conscious and presumptuous asking for one. I do run all my fics through an editing program and try to spot as many mistakes as possible before posting.

However, while editing, reading a story again (to remind myself where I was at) or even typing up handwritten ones, I might suddenly go "Is this random fact correct - I should check" and then I'm off to learn all kinds of random facts that aren't really relevant to my story but just too interesting not to pursue.
