Teddie is still stiff, but clearly getting better by the day. I'm pretty stiff and sore myself today. You see, I signed up for a course in 18th century dancing. I've done some before as we sometimes goes to 18th century balls, but I have also had an old foot injury that has prevented me from dancing (which I love), for several years. But I have got a get go from my docotr now and thought I should start with something less strenous. Because 18th century dances may be quite quick, but not the first you learn. I basically walked for 1 1/2 hour yetserday, but it was very concentrated walking. I slept like a log and today my muscles are protesting loudly. It was great fun, though!
